Privacy Policy & Disclaimer
Health Renaissance Pty Ltd t/as AUCTERIS · ABN 31 149 491 912 · Effective date: 17 June 2026 · Governing law: Queensland, Australia
1. About AUCTERIS
Entity
These terms govern the website at aucteris.com.au and all advisory services provided by Health Renaissance Pty Ltd, trading as AUCTERIS (referred to in these terms as “AUCTERIS”, “we”, or “us”). The company is registered in Queensland, Australia.
Nature of services
AUCTERIS provides private strategic advisory services directed at executive coherence, leadership recalibration, narrative restoration, and related advisory functions. AUCTERIS is not a registered health service provider, a medical practice, or a clinical or psychological treatment service. Where a practitioner associated with AUCTERIS holds a registered health profession credential, that credential informs the quality and discipline of their advisory work but does not constitute the provision of a registered health service through AUCTERIS.
2. Not a Clinical or Health Service
Scope boundary
The advisory services provided by AUCTERIS — including The Coherence Assessment Protocol (TCAP), the Coherence Engagement, and all associated deliverables — are strategic advisory services. They are not: treatment of any medical or psychiatric condition; diagnosis of any condition; psychological therapy or counselling regulated under any Australian or international health framework; legal advice; financial advice; or emergency or crisis intervention.
Referral obligation
Where a matter arises during an AUCTERIS engagement that falls outside this advisory scope — including any matter that may require registered health services, emergency care, or legal or financial advice — AUCTERIS will refer the client to an appropriate independent provider. That referral does not form part of the AUCTERIS engagement and is not billed as part of it.
Emergency situations
AUCTERIS is not an emergency service. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, contact emergency services (000 in Australia) immediately. Lifeline: 13 11 14. Beyond Blue: 1300 22 4636.
3. Privacy Policy
Collection of personal information
AUCTERIS collects personal information only where necessary for the provision of its advisory services and for the operation of this website. This includes: name and contact details provided through the enquiry form or direct communication; information shared by clients in the course of an engagement; and technical data collected automatically when you visit this website, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
How information is used
Personal information collected by AUCTERIS is used solely to: respond to enquiries; provide advisory services to clients; maintain engagement records; and comply with legal obligations. AUCTERIS does not use personal information for marketing, research, or any purpose not directly related to the engagement, without express consent.
Confidentiality
All information shared with AUCTERIS in the course of an engagement is held in strict confidence. AUCTERIS does not disclose client information to any third party except: where required by Australian law; where the client has provided express written consent; or where disclosure is necessary to prevent a serious and imminent threat to the life or safety of the client or another person. This obligation survives the end of any engagement.
Session records and AI-assisted note-taking
Where AUCTERIS uses AI-assisted transcription for note-taking purposes, as disclosed in the engagement letter, audio recordings and working transcripts are deleted within 24 hours of the session. Case notes derived from the session are retained on encrypted storage. Full details are set out in the engagement letter provided at the commencement of each engagement.
Data storage and security
Personal information is held on encrypted, Australian-hosted systems. AUCTERIS applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but will notify you promptly in the event of a breach that affects your information.
Access and correction
You have the right to request access to the personal information AUCTERIS holds about you and to request correction of any information that is inaccurate. Requests should be directed to concierge@aucteris.com.au. AUCTERIS will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
